Rose Park Apartments
Fluted feature walls, large-format porcelain bathrooms and tiled terraces for a boutique apartment building in Rose Park.
Rose Park Apartments is a boutique residential building in the leafy eastern suburb of Rose Park, with generous balconies and terraces wrapped in greenery. Astral Tiling recently completed tiling for the project.
Inside, the bathrooms and ensuites pair large-format, veined stone-look porcelain on the walls and floors with a fluted feature-wall tile behind the baths and vanities. Fluted tiles demand precise setting out so the ribs run perfectly plumb and meet cleanly at every edge and corner. Frameless showers with linear drains keep the floor tiles running uninterrupted. Outside, large-format external tiles carry a clean, consistent finish across the balconies and terraces.
