Unley 108
Large-format and curved, fluted-tile bathrooms for a multi-storey apartment building on Unley Road.
Unley 108 is a multi-storey residential building on Unley Road, with ground-floor retail and apartments above, defined by its sculpted, curving balconies. Astral Tiling recently completed tiling for the project.
The bathrooms set the tone: large-format, stone-look porcelain on the walls and floors, and showers wrapped in curved walls of fine fluted tiles. Curved tiling like this leaves no room for error. Every joint has to stay true around the radius for the finish to read as calm and seamless.
